To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We are very happy to exchange like for like items. Personalised items may not be exchanged unless there is a defect with your order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thecrashers.help@gmail.com

To return your product, you should give us a heads up via message and mail your product to: 189 Deansbrook road HA8 9BT We require confirmation of postage back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
